Yes, we do support Two-Factor Authentication using Authenticator Apps from companies like Google, Authy, and Microsoft.
You can download a supported two-factor authenticator app such as Google Authenticator for iOS and Android or Authy for iOS and Android or Microsoft Authenticator for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
Other Authenticator apps are available, just make sure the Authenticator you choose supports the "Time-based One-time Password" Algorithm (TOTP; specified in RFC 6238).

Answer
We do not sell or promote any wristband(s) and/or vendor(s). There are many wristbands readily available online and in sporting good stores. 3up3down Signs is designed to work with any wristband that has a single or triple window design.
Answer
No you do not. 3up3down Signs is "Pay-Per-Use", you pay for a card when you need it without having to be locked into a monthly subscription or make a large up-front purchase. We do offer a 12 month subscription option is available for our high volume users. This is beneficial if you manage more than 30 cards.
Answer
We currently offer five card layouts:
The 54 cell card layout is best for teams just starting out with just a few simple signs and for young players that have small wristbands.
The 96 cell card layout is best for younger teams that have small wristbands and are starting to use more signs.
This is the most commonly used card layout. Good balance between number of signs and ease of finding signs during the game.
Good for more advanced teams that more playes and pitches they want to have on the cards. This is simila5 to the 180 - Cell 6x5, but is has the extra row of numbers horizontally. Best used with wristbands that have a taller window.
There are two options for this grid pattern. The vertical numbers (last called number) can start with 0 and go to 5 or you can have them start with 1 and go to 6. Starting with 1 is easier for players to read, but using number 6 makes it harder on the coach to call numbers with hands/finger.

Cards are provided in a printable PDF format. It is important to print the PDF at full scale (not fit to page). We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (the free version supports full scale printing). Also, most web browsers support PDF viewing and printing.
Answer
We try to maximize the size of the text on the cards and still fit within the layout and dimensions of the cards you defined. If the window size on your wristbands is small it might be best to select a card layout with less cells. The 54 and 96 cell layouts work best for small wristbands. The 150, 180, and 216 cell layouts work best on larger wristbands.
Answer
Cards containing a non-alphanumeric character in a play signal or pitchzone signal will fail to load. Users will see a 3up3down spinner logo on the page that never stops spinning. An update was made on February 5, 2022 to prevent plays and pitchzones from having non-alphanumeric characters. If you have a card that won't open, please submit a support request and we will quickly correct it.
